No one else was near him, also what ever person who keeps making hannah go from nice to mean was obviously the person who forced the paralysis, so the true question is, who is that person? My greatest bet is Quinn, she isn't only mean, except she is specifically watchful over hannah, so I think she did it, because out of all people, Quinn would gladly paralyze someone to take down competition. Like if you agree, and reply if you have a different thought if you want.
